Role OverviewPay Rate: 18.00 per hourStart Date: ASAPDuration: Long-term work (Project running until 2028)Vacancies: 3 Positions AvailableLocation: School Environment Key ResponsibilitiesTraffic Control: Safely managing and directing all incoming and outgoing site traffic, construction vehicles, and delivery lorries.Access Security: Coordinating vehicle movements strictly in line with prison security protocols and gate entry procedures.Pedestrian Safety: Ensuring safe segregation between active site plant, delivery vehicles, and site personnel/public pathways.RequirementsPlant Card: Valid CPCS or NPORS Traffic Marshall / Vehicle Control qualification.Safety Card: Valid CSCS card and Enhnaced DBSVetting: Must be willing to undergo standard secure site/prison vetting checks.Punctuality: Reliable, observant, and safety-focused with a strong work ethic.
