The successful candidate will be responsible for both traffic marshalling duties and general labouring tasks as required. Key Responsibilities: Safely manage vehicle movements on and around the construction site. Direct delivery vehicles and plant machinery. Maintain safe pedestrian and vehicle routes. Carry out general labouring duties including site clearance, lifting and moving materials, and assisting trades. Keep the site clean, tidy, and safe at all times. Follow all site health and safety procedures. Undertake any other reasonable duties as directed by site management. Requirements: Valid CSCS Card. Traffic Marshall/Banksman qualification Previous construction site experience- Good understanding of site health and safety. Reliable, hardworking, and punctual. Ability to work as part of a team.
