You will working as a traffic marshal, supporting safe plant movements and material deliveries across site. This is an active, site-based role involving regular walking and standing throughout the working day, requiring concentration, clear communication and proven banksman experience. Rate: £17.00 per hour CIS Payment: Weekly Start: Immediate Duration: 1 week Working days: Monday to Friday Hours: 7:00am–6:00pm Paid hours: 9hours per day Location: High Wycombe Duties  coordinate movements between delivery, storage and working areas. Maintain clear communication using agreed signals and radio communication where required. Control pedestrian access around moving plant and keep designated routes clear. Direct delivery vehicles and assist with safe access, positioning and reversing. Monitor routes for obstructions and report hazards to site management.
