Traffic Marshall

Traffic Marshal / NPORS Banksman Required – Faversham

We are currently looking for an experienced CPCSTraffic Marshal / NPORS  Banksman to start on a busy construction site in Faversham.

Job Details:

• Location: Faversham
• Start Date: Monday, 6 July 2026
• Duration: 2–4 weeks
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 19:00pm - 12.5 hrs paid
• Pay Rate: £16.00 per hour (UTR)

Duties will include:

• Safely directing site traffic and plant movements.
• Banking vehicles and heavy machinery in line with site safety procedures.
• Controlling access to the site for deliveries and visitors.
• Maintaining a safe working environment for operatives, pedestrians, and the public.
• Communicating clearly with drivers, machine operators, and the site team.
• Carrying out daily checks on traffic management measures.
• Reporting any hazards or incidents to site management.
• Following all health and safety regulations and site rules.

Requirements:

• Valid  CPCS Traffic Marshal / NPORS Banksman qualification.
• CSCS card.
• Previous experience working on construction sites.
• Full PPE.
• Reliable and punctual with a good attitude to work.
