      <description>Location: High Wycombe | Salary: &amp;pound;25/hour | Type: Permanent | Traffic Marshal Manager – High Wycombe    We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable  Traffic Marshal Manager  to join our team on a a project based in High Wycombe. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in maintaining site safety, managing vehicle movements, and ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. This position will involve overseeing and coordinating a small team on site.   Location:  High Wycombe  Start Date:  ASAP  Working Hours:  Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm  Rate:  £25 per hour (UTR)  Key Responsibilities:  	 Direct and manage site traffic safely and efficiently 	 Lead, supervise, and support a small team of Traffic Marshals 	 Maintain clear communication with site personnel and drivers 	 Ensure all health and safety procedures are strictly followed 	 Monitor and control access and egress points 	 Assist with general site duties when required   Requirements:  	  Valid CPCS  or NPORS Traffic Marshal card 	 S afety Critical Medical  certificate 	  First Aid  certification 	  Black CSCS card  	  SMSTS (Site Manager Safety Training Scheme) certificate      If you meet the above requirements and are available ...</description>
