Traffic Marshal Manager – High Wycombe 

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Traffic Marshal Manager to join our team on a a project based in High Wycombe. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in maintaining site safety, managing vehicle movements, and ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. This position will involve overseeing and coordinating a small team on site.

Location: High Wycombe
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Rate: £25 per hour (UTR)

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage site traffic safely and efficiently
• Lead, supervise, and support a small team of Traffic Marshals
• Maintain clear communication with site personnel and drivers
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are strictly followed
• Monitor and control access and egress points
• Assist with general site duties when required

Requirements:

• Valid CPCS or NPORS Traffic Marshal card
• Safety Critical Medical certificate
• First Aid certification
• Black CSCS card
• SMSTS (Site Manager Safety Training Scheme) certificate
