We are looking for an experienced Traffic Marshall to support a busy construction site in Plymouth. This is a great opportunity for a reliable, safety-conscious worker who is confident managing site traffic and helping keep operations running smoothly.

Your new role

• Directing vehicles and pedestrians safely around site
• Managing deliveries and supporting site access and egress
• Communicating clearly with drivers, site teams and members of the public
• Maintaining safe walkways, entrances and traffic routes
• Supporting the site team with general labouring duties when required
• Following all site health and safety procedures at all times

What you''ll need to succeed

• Valid CSCS card
• Traffic Marshal or Banksman ticket
• Previous site experience in a similar role
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Full PPE
• Reliable and able to work as part of a team
