Safely guiding delivery drivers and plant operators when manoeuvring. Ensuring the safe movement of pedestrians and vehicles around the site. Managing site deliveries and assisting with unloading where required. Maintaining clear access routes and ensuring site traffic rules are followed. Communicating clearly with drivers, plant operators and site management. Wearing the appropriate PPE and following all site health and safety procedures. Requirements for the Traffic Marshall / Banksman: Previous experience working as a Traffic Marshall or Banksman on a construction site. Valid CSCS card.
