Proman Recruitment are looking for Traffic Marshall to oversee and manage the flow of vehicles and pedestrians in designated areas. The ideal candidate will ensure safety and efficiency while maintaining clear communication with drivers and site personnel. This role is crucial in preventing accidents and ensuring compliance with traffic regulations.
Duties
- Direct traffic flow within the site, ensuring safe passage for vehicles and pedestrians.
- Monitor vehicle movements to prevent congestion and maintain orderly operations.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, providing clear instructions and guidance.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on traffic management equipment to ensure functionality.
- Report any incidents or hazards to the appropriate authorities promptly.
- Collaborate with management to implement traffic control plans and improve safety measures.
- Assist in training new staff on traffic management protocols as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role or environment is preferred.
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead by example.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with diverse groups.
- CSCS + TRAFFIC MARSHALL TICKET OR BLUE CPCS / NPORS
- Right to work in UK
CSCS + TRAFFIC MARSHALL TICKET = £16.25 per hour
NPORS / CPCS = £17.30 per hour
