Acorn by Synergie is hiring on behalf of our client for a Traffic Marshall to join a busy construction site in Llannon, Carmarthen. This is a great opportunity for an experienced site worker with a valid Traffic Marshall ticket to secure ongoing work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct plant and vehicle movement safely around site.
- Manage access control and monitor entry/exit points.
- Ensure all visitors and contractors follow site health and safety rules.
- Communicate effectively with site staff and delivery drivers.
Candidate Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card.
- Valid Traffic Marshall ticket (online certificates accepted).
- Full PPE (hard hat, hi-vis, steel-toe boots, etc.).
- Previous experience working on a construction site.
- Strong awareness of site safety and communication skills.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 7:15am - 4:30pm.
- Weekend shifts available.
