Traffic Marshall

To safely guide vehicles and plant machinery around a construction site or other work area, ensuring the safety of workers, pedestrians, and the general public. Labouring duties support tradespeople and assist with general duties to keep the construction site clean, safe, and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and guide traffic and site vehicles safely.

• Communicate clearly with drivers using hand signals or radio.

• Ensure traffic routes are clear and safe.

• Carry materials and tools around site.

• Keep the site clean and tidy.

• Assist tradespeople with tasks.

• Load and unload deliveries.

• Follow health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Valid Traffic Marshall (Banksman) training or certification.

• Physically fit and able to carry out manual work.

• Hardworking and reliable.

• CSCS card
