PSR Solutions is currently recruiting for an experienced Traffic Marshall to join a residential construction project in Bracklesham Bay, Chichester. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a respected developer on a long-term assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directing site traffic and deliveries safely and efficiently

• Ensuring pedestrian and vehicle safety around the site entrance

• Monitoring access and egress points

• Communicating clearly with site operatives and delivery drivers

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• Valid Traffic Marshall/Banksman ticket

• CSCS card

• Previous experience in a similar role

• Strong communication skills

• Reliability and punctuality
