Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Traffic Marshall to manage the safe movement of vehicles and plant machinery on-site. The role involves directing site traffic, guiding delivery drivers, ensuring pedestrian safety, and maintaining clear access routes. The Traffic Marshall will work closely with site management and must remain vigilant to potential hazards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and control traffic flow on construction or work sites.
- Safely guide delivery vehicles and plant equipment.
- Ensure pedestrian routes remain clear and safe.
- Monitor site access points and check vehicles entering and leaving.
- Report unsafe practices and follow site health & safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Valid Traffic Marshall/Banksman certification.
- CSCS Card
- Good communication skills and awareness of safety regulations.
- Ability to remain alert and proactive in a busy environment.
- Experience in a similar role (preferred).
