Traffic Marshall needed in Penn, Buckinghamshire Location: Penn, Buckinghamshire Rate: £18.00 per hour Payment: CIS Hours: 8:00am 6:00pm (10 hours paid) Duration: Approx. 2+ years (circa 140 weeks) We are currently recruiting 2 experienced Traffic Marshals for a long-term construction project based in Penn, Buckinghamshire. Job Description The Traffic Marshal will be responsible for the safe coordination and control of vehicle movements on a busy construction site. You will play a critical role in maintaining site safety standards and ensuring compliance with project-specific Health and Safety procedures. Duties and Responsibilities Directing and controlling site traffic in a safe and professional manner Banking plant and delivery vehicles Managing pedestrian and vehicle segregation Monitoring site access and egress points Communicating effectively with drivers, site management and operatives Supporting logistics operations where required Ensuring compliance with site RAMS and Health and Safety regulations Reporting hazards, near misses, or incidents promptly Requirements Valid CPCS A73 Traffic Marshal / Vehicle Banksman ticket Required NPORS equivalent subject to confirmation Proven experience working as a Traffic Marshal on construction projects Strong understanding of site safety procedures Full PPE Right to work in the UK Must be able to reliably commute to Penn, ..... full job details .....
