Job Title: Gateman
Location: Grantham
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and responsible Gateman to join our team on a new build housing development in Grantham. This role is crucial for maintaining site security, managing access, and ensuring a safe working environment for all staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control access to the construction site.
- Record site entries and exits of personnel, vehicles, and deliveries.
- Enforce site safety regulations and report any breaches.
- Assist with general site administration as required.
- Communicate effectively with contractors, staff, and visitors.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a security or gateman role preferred.
- Banksman/ Gateman ticket
- Excellent observation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
- Basic understanding of health and safety procedures.
