The Client Our client is a premium housebuilder known for delivering high-end residential communities. With a brand-new project launching in Haywards Heath this August, they require a vigilant and authoritative Traffic Marshall to manage the logistical flow of the site safely and efficiently over the next 12 months. The Role You will be the first point of contact for the site, taking full responsibility for the safe movement of all plant machinery, delivery vehicles, and pedestrians. Your duties will include: Vehicle Management: Safely banking and directing large delivery vehicles and plant machinery in and out of the site gates. Logistics Tracking: Managing the gatehouse, recording all deliveries, and ensuring vehicles only arrive within designated hours.
