Acorn by Synergie is seeking an experienced Traffic Marshall to join our client on a long-term commercial project based in Exeter. This role offers consistent work for approximately two years with a well-established contractor.

• Manage vehicle movements and control traffic flow on and around the construction site.

• Supervise deliveries to and from site, ensuring safe and efficient coordination.

• Oversee pedestrian movement and maintain site safety.

• Assist with general labouring duties as required to support the site team.

• Valid CSCS card.

• Current Traffic Marshal NPORS card or CPCS

• Full PPE (hard hat, high-vis, steel-toe boots, gloves, goggles).

• Strong communication skills and reliability.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Excellent pay rate of -17.50 per hour (CIS).

• Long-term project with approximately two years of consistent work.

• Supportive team and reputable contractor.
