Interaction Engineering Traffic Marshal / Site Operative Location: Central Northampton, NN1Contract: Temporary / OngoingStart Date: ImmediateHours: Full-timeOvertime: Available for early startsThe Role We are looking for a reliable Traffic Marshal / Site Operative to support our team on a live construction project within an occupied private car park in central Northampton.The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining safe working areas, managing vehicle movements and ensuring pedestrian safety around the active work area.When Traffic Marshal duties are not required, the operative will also provide general support to the site team.Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain safe working areas using cones, barriers and signage. Manage pedestrian segregation around the work area. Monitor vehicle movements and maintain safe access and egress. Assist with compliance with the site traffic management plan. Act as a Traffic Marshal / Vehicle Banksman when required. Assist with the movement of materials and equipment. Operate pallet trucks. Support deliveries and material distribution. Carry out general labouring and housekeeping duties. Assist the project team with day-to-day site activities as required. Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment. Requirements Ideally, candidates will hold a recognised Traffic Marshal / Vehicle Banksman qualification, such as: CPCS A73 NPORS N403 Lantra Traffic Marshal Equivalent recognised qualification Previous ..... full job details .....
