Support and manage a team of Traffic Managers on site, ensuring the delivery of the main principles of Safety with regards to road-space and traffic management. Support and manage the workforce allocated to specific projects and ensure resources are allocated effectively. Provide advice and instruction to team to deal rapidly and effectively with quality non-conformities and complaints. Monitor the team to ensure that all work is conducted in strict compliance with established safety standards. Attend major installations, modifications and removals where appropriate.
