We''re looking for a Traffic Management Operative to join our team based in Brixworth. This is an excellent opportunity to join our highways maintenance team, where you''ll play a vital role in ensuring the safety of work sites across the region. Location: Brixworth - site based 5 days per weekHours: Permanent Fulltime 40 per week Salary: £31,000 - £35,000 per year + excellent benefits We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role. What will you be responsible for? As a Traffic Management Operative, you''ll be working alongside dedicated maintenance gangs, you''ll provide essential traffic management support for carriageway, footway, and drainage projects. This hands-on role offers the chance to develop your skills whilst contributing to the improvement of local road networks. Your day to day will include: Completing traffic management risk assessments to ensure site safety Reviewing and implementing traffic management arrangements for minor works Supporting maintenance activities including hand sweeping, cleaning, and litter picking Loading, unloading, and handling materials and equipment safely Working collaboratively with your team to deliver high-quality maintenance projects What are we looking for?
