Our Field teams are critical in the delivery of our contracts, whether that is delivering or supervising maintenance, installation, cabling or civils works. Help build and keep the nation''s critical infrastructure connected and protected 24/7. Reporting into the Regional Manager, the Traffic Maintenance Supervisor will take on the responsibility for leading the field teams delivering our maintenance contracts. This role require travel in the Newcastle and surrounding areas on a daily basis. What youll do: Lead a small team of Trainee Traffic Maintenance Engineers Manage controller builds and liaising with engineering team on configurations Responsible for implementing and maintaining Imtrac spare parts/repairs, including financial targets and aiding contract managers in rolling out to big yellow locations Responsible for implementing and maintaining test rigs Technical lead in the depo, coordinating new technologies before they go to street Supporting Contract Managers in assessing Engineers progressing to Senior Engineer and Seniors Engineers to Support Engineer Provide support to the Contract Managers to ensure that the contracts are delivering on time and within budget Working alone and with colleagues to the highest standards to maintain signals equipment To ..... full job details .....
