Job Description The Traffic Engineer will: Develop and deliver traffic engineering and highway improvement schemes. Produce and review traffic engineering designs. Manage project programmes, budgets and risk registers. Secure and deliver Traffic Regulation Orders and related schemes. Liaise with elected members, residents, developers and key stakeholders. Coordinate with utility companies, emergency services and contractors. Monitor project performance and expenditure. Support the delivery of regional transport strategies and council priorities.
