Reporting into the Highways and Network Management team, you will coordinate street works, highway maintenance, utility works, traffic management arrangements and major events to minimise disruption and ensure compliance with the Council''s statutory Network Management Duty under the Traffic Management Act 2004. Key Responsibilities Coordinate highway works, utility works and road space activities across the borough. Manage the full lifecycle of Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders (TTROs). Coordinate traffic management for planned works, emergency works and major events. Lead the Council''s crane licensing process and highway licence coordination. Liaise with utility companies, contractors, TfL, emergency services and internal stakeholders.
