The role will focus on managing resurfacing and patching projects from initial identification and feasibility through to implementation, payment and completion of the guarantee period.Key Responsibilities:Track highways projects throughout their full lifecycle, from feasibility and planning through to delivery and completionMonitor the progress of resurfacing, patching and associated highway maintenance worksLiaise with contractors and council officers to coordinate delivery, resolve issues and chase outstanding actionsManage requirements relating to street works permits, ensuring applications are submitted and approved for the required dates and timesMaintain accurate project programmes, tracking systems and delivery informationProvide clear updates to managers, senior management and elected members through written reports and management meetingsCompile information to support Freedom of Information requests and other formal reporting requirementsMonitor project payments, completion activities and guarantee period obligationsJob R...
