We are currently recruiting for an Illegal Trade Officer - Trading Standards to join a Regulatory Services team based in Bolton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Trading Standards, consumer protection, regulatory enforcement or illegal trade work to support a range of important enforcement and public protection activity. The Role Working as part of a Trading Standards team, you will provide technical support and undertake a range of duties relating to consumer protection, illegal trade and regulatory enforcement. The role will include supporting work around tobacco, vapes and other illegal or prohibited products, as well as responding to intelligence, complaints and requests for service. You will work alongside experienced Trading Standards officers and may be involved in both informal and formal enforcement activity.
