What role will you play?
As a Trading Solutions Business Manager, you will play a vital role in managing electronic trading requirements and facilitating business growth initiatives. You will act as a central point of contact for regulatory remediation efforts and collaborate with multiple teams to develop and implement governance frameworks. Your role will involve overseeing algorithmic trading governance, managing algo onboardings and approvals, coordinating regulatory exam management, and providing business updates to senior management. Additionally, you will lead or support strategic initiatives such as workflow automation and controls mapping.
What You Offer
3–7 years\'' of experience in electronic trading, trading operations, risk management, compliance, trade/market surveillance, or internal audit functionsStrong business writing, communication, and project management skillsExperience in risk assessment and control design within electronic trading or financial marketsRegulatory knowledge, including a deep understanding of MIFID II, RTS 6, PRA, and ASIC requirements related to algorithmic tradingPresentation skills for supervisory meeting decksAbility to lead or collaborate within a cross-functional team and work with numerous stakeholdersKnowledge of Futures products and algorithmic trading systemsSQL or programming skills are a plus
