Trading Manager Location: Harrow, LondonSalary: £50,000 £55,000 per annumHours: 35 hours per week We are recruiting for an experienced Trading Manager to join a fast-paced commercial team within a well-established national retail and convenience business. This is a great opportunity for a commercially focused individual with strong negotiation, category management and supplier relationship management experience to take ownership of a key category and make a measurable impact on profitability, availability and growth. The Role You will be responsible for developing and delivering category strategies, negotiating with suppliers and working closely with internal stakeholders to maximise commercial opportunities.About You We are looking for someone with: Proven experience in trading, buying, category management or a similar commercial role. At least 2 3 years'' successful supplier negotiation experience. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex commercial data. Experience managing multiple stakeholders and building effective supplier relationships. Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of market and competitor dynamics. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Confident communication and influencing skills. Strong Excel skills, alongside good knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
