This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong team leadership, health and safety, property maintenance and operational experience, who can ensure high standards of workmanship, customer care and compliance across a range of services supporting older people in the community. Duties Line manage and support Home Safety Officers, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and good practice. Carry out regular site spot checks to monitor customer care, health and safety and quality of workmanship. Undertake quarterly technical audits of selected schemes and external contractor works. Coordinate van checks, equipment and PPE requirements. Manage annual leave and flexi-time requests while maintaining appropriate staffing levels.
