Salary: -40,00045,000 per annum
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are recruiting for an experienced Trade Sales Manager to lead a busy B2B sales team within the automotive industry. The successful candidate will drive sales growth, manage team performance and develop long-term relationships with trade customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage the trade sales team, monitoring KPIs and performance.
• Drive daily sales activity to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Develop existing accounts and secure new B2B customers.
• Oversee outbound sales, quotations, account management and pricing.
• Maintain strong profit margins and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
• Work closely with senior management to implement sales strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales management, trade sales or B2B account management.
• A strong background in the automotive aftermarket or car parts industry is essential.
• Previous experience managing and developing a sales team.
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commercial awareness, including pricing, margins and account management.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with high levels of daily activity.

Occasional weekend attendance at automotive events or car shows may be required.
