Trade Sales Executive

Kinetic Recruitment are working with a well-established ventilation business who are looking to bring in a Trade Sales Executive to join their Manchester team.
This is a hands-on role focused on trade sales, customer relationships, and supporting the smooth running of the branch to ensure continued growth and excellent service delivery.
This is a full-time, permanent position working in person.
Salary:
From -30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

What you''ll be doing
* Managing and developing trade customer relationships to encourage repeat business and maximise sales opportunities
* Supporting daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
* Working towards and supporting achievement of sales targets and wider business objectives
* Acting as a key point of contact for trade customers, providing excellent service and product support
* Assisting in motivating and supporting branch staff where required to maintain high performance
* Identifying opportunities to improve sales processes, efficiency, and customer experience
* Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth business operations and alignment

What we''re looking for
* Previous experience within the ventilation industry (essential)
* Strong background in trade sales, customer service, or branch-based sales roles
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* A proactive, hands-on approach to problem solving
* Ability to work independently when required
* Full UK driving licence (preferred)
