Trade Sales and Warehouse Operative

As a Warehouse and Trade Sales Operative you will have strong organisational and communication skills; acting within the companies best interests at all times and supporting the team to provide great customer service. Our Warehouse and Trade Sales operatives are an important contributor to the teams shared success and an essential part of our Customers positive experience with us. Working hours: M to F 7:30am- 5:00pm (One hour unpaid lunch break) Every other Saturday 8:00am to 12 noon Hourly Rate: 12.75 per hour Holidays: 22 day plus Bank Holidays Roles and Responsibilities Contribute towards daily operations in the branch. Provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for both employees and customers. Provide quality and exceptional service to facilitate the customer experience. Contribute towards operating the branch in line with company procedures and policies. Work within operational standards to provide an excellent working environment. Ensure the environment is kept clean and safe at all times. Communicate effectively with your manager and ensure relevant reporting takes place. Communicate personally with customers, where required, to ensure customer satisfaction. Help to resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently. Support sales promotion activities including promotional campaigns and events Participate in ensuring operational excellence and integrity of the branch.
