Trade Marketing Manager – Travel and HospitalityLocation: UK (Hybrid / Remote options considered) • Type: Full-timeResponsibilities
Develop and deliver partner marketing plans with hotels, tourist boards, and other industry partners.Create engaging, multi-channel campaigns to increase awareness and generate revenue opportunities.Produce high-quality creative assets including videos, presentations, ads, and brand collateral.Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal teams and external partners.Negotiate bespoke marketing and commercial proposals to maximise ROI.Use data, analytics, and feedback to report on campaign performance and make recommendations for improvements.Support wider marketing initiatives such as global campaigns, brand adoption, internal communications, and tradeshows.Provide training to regional marketing teams on platforms such as D365, WordPress, and Unbounce.Skills and Experience
Strong experience in partner or B2B marketing, ideally within travel, hospitality, or related industries.Excellent design and creative skills, with working knowledge of
Adobe Creative Suite
(Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).Experience with WordPress, CRM systems (e.g. D365), BI tools, and Google Analytics.Commercially astute with the ability to negotiate and build revenue-driving partnerships.Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in finding ways to “do things better.”Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels.Additional Information
