A highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Trade Mark Paralegal to join its busy Intellectual Property team.This is an excellent opportunity for a Trade Mark Paralegal with at least 2 years'' experience to support trade mark attorneys and lawyers across portfolio management, formalities and client matters within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.The Trade Mark Paralegal role:Managing and updating trade mark portfolios and databasesMonitoring deadlines and maintaining accurate recordsPreparing and filing UKIPO and WIPO trade mark applications and formsAssisting with oppositions, cancellations and recordalsManaging trade mark and domain name renewalsPreparing client reports, cost estimates and invoicesLiaising with clients, overseas attorneys and intellectual property officesAssisting with trade mark searches, watching services and portfolio auditsSupporting global assignments and change of name recordalsAssisting with evidence collection and general IP administrationThe successful Trade Mark Paralegal:Minimum 2 years'' Trade Mark Paralegal or IP administration experienceStrong knowledge of trade mark formalities and portfolio managementExcellent organisation and time management skillsExceptional attention to detailExperience using trade mark management databasesWebTMS or IPPO experience would be advantageousStrong written and verbal communication skillsProactive, adaptable and able to work under pressureCITMA Paralegal Qualification would be ..... full job details .....
