Opportunity for a Trade Mark Attorney to join a leading Media and Entertainment firm in London on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The Opportunity The firm''s Brand Protection team advises clients across the full lifecycle of brands and soft-IP rights, covering brand selection, protection, enforcement and exploitation in the UK and internationally. The team is now looking to hire a Trade Mark Attorney on a 12-month fixed-term contract to work across a broad range of trade mark and brand protection matters. This will include: Advising on global trade mark clearance and filing strategies International trade mark portfolio management Advising on trade mark and design protection Brand monitoring and enforcement Online monitoring and takedown work Anti-piracy and anti-counterfeiting matters Domain name acquisition and recovery Advising on trade mark and wider soft-IP disputes Supporting clients with the protection and exploitation of their ..... full job details .....
