Trade Mark Assistant (1 Year Contract) - London

We are working with a leading law firm in London who are looking for a Trade Mark Assistant to join their team, full-time, on a one year contract basis.For this role, you will need at least a year of experience working within a busy trade mark team. A CITMA qualification would be an advantage. However, this may not be essential if you are qualified by experience. Additionally, you will need strong experience in using IP management systems - Inprotech experience would be beneficial. Strong communication and organisation skills are essential.Duties:Diary management.Liaising with Intellectual Property Offices.Handling client queries, providing case updates.Opening / closing cases.Preparing appropriate correspondence.Acknowledging official communications.Drafting and filing trade mark and design applications.This is a great role for a candidate who is well versed in trade mark administration to join a thriving firm with an outstanding reputation.
