Find out more about the work we do here: Citizen Position: Trade Engineer - Plumber (Multi-Skilled) Salary: £37,778 per annum Location: Birmingham, Coventry and Worcester Hours: 37 hours per week (10 - 6 pm Mon - Thurs, 10:30 - 6pm Fri) Key Responsibilities: We are looking for a skilled and versatile Trade Engineer - Plumber (Multi-Skilled) to join our team. This is a hands-on role suited to a qualified plumber who can: Undertake a range of trade tasks to complement the fulfilment of primary trade activitiesCarry out all works in line with applicable recognised regulationsProvide on site support to trade engineers in the fulfilment of their duties, when required Qualifications and experience: Craft City and Guilds or S/NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (essential)Craft City and Guilds or S/NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing (desirable)CSCS Card holder (or equivalent) preferredFull UK driving license and able to drive manual vehiclesSound knowledge of plumbing systems and associated trade skillsProven experience working within the social housing sector, delivering maintenance and building services in both void ..... full job details .....
