The RoleReporting into the Regional Field Manager, you will: Build and nurture relationships with convenience retailers from store managers to regional decision-makers.Drive new product distribution and ensure promotional compliance across your stores.Maximise brand visibility through creative in-store merchandising and impactful POS execution.Partner with distributor teams to deliver flawless promotional and activation execution.Track, report and analyse field activity to identify opportunities and successes.Work autonomously in your territory while collaborating with internal Monster and distributor teams.
