The successful individual will play a key role in supporting daily branch operations, serving customers, processing orders, and providing expert product advice while contributing to overall branch performance. Key Responsibilities Serve both trade and retail customers at the trade counter Process customer orders and enquiries face-to-face and over the phone Recommend suitable products and solutions based on customer requirements Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business Identify opportunities to maximise sales and support branch growth Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner Maintain strong product and technical knowledge across plumbing and heating supplies Support the branch team with general operational and day-to-day duties Ensure Health and Safety procedures are followed at all times Requirements / Skills Previous trade counter or plumbing merchant experience essential Background ..... full job details .....
