Location: Wolverhampton**
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Pertemps Wolverhampton are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Trade counter Operative. This is a varied and rewarding role in a busy stockroom and order processing environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Picking items from the stockroom in line with customer orders
  
  
• Using SAP and Outlook to log and manage orders
  
  
• Delivering excellent customer service by assisting clients both over the phone and face-to-face
  
  
• Maintaining accurate stock records and checking order paperwork
  
  
• Conducting stock takes and stock rotation to ensure accuracy and compliance
  
  
• Working effectively as part of a fast-paced team
  
  
• Ensuring familiarity with stock locations for efficient processing
  
  

• Previous stockroom or warehouse experience
  
  
• Strong working knowledge of SAP systems
  
  
• Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Outlook
  
  
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
  
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  
  
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills
  
  

• Competitive pay rate of £12.21 per hour
  
  
• Monday to Friday working pattern – no weekends
