Trade Counter Assistant

Trade Counter role for a company in B9. Trade Counter role main duties: Customer Service and Sales: Taking orders from customers in person, by phone, or online. Advising customers on the appropriate products, materials, and equipment for their needs. Processing payments and issuing invoices. Stock Management: Monitoring and managing stock levels, ensuring sufficient quantities of various materials are available. Ordering supplies and keeping records up to date. Loading and unloading deliveries. Moving goods to storage areas. Putting orders together and organising deliveries. Working hours trade counter role 8am 6pm, Monday Friday. The job can involve some physical work, such as lifting and carrying heavy materials.
