Working as part of a small team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maximising sales opportunities and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the site.This is a varied role, so we''re looking for someone who is equally comfortable speaking with customers, handling administration and getting involved with practical, hands-on duties, including forklift operation.Key ResponsibilitiesDeal with customer enquiries both face-to-face and over the telephoneUnderstand customer requirements and provide appropriate advice on products and servicesIdentify and maximise sales opportunities to achieve individual and business targetsBuild strong relationships with new and existing customersComplete administration accurately and in line with company proceduresOperate a forklift as requiredCarry out regular checks of the site and ensure standards are maintainedMaintain a clean, tidy and professional working environmentFollow all Health and Safety procedures and company policiesSupport with customer accounts and outstanding payments where requiredWork independently when required, including lone workingTake responsibility for the site when required in the absence of managementAssist with general operational and ..... full job details .....
