Trade Counter and Warehouse Assistant Enfield Permanent £31,393 PA Pension and Healthcare Benefit Our client is a busy and growing electrical wholesaler looking for a reliable and hardworking Trade Counter and Warehouse Assistant to join our small, friendly team. This role is mainly customer facing on the trade counter, while also supporting the warehouse when required. Key Responsibilities: Serving customers on the trade counter Welcoming customers and assisting with enquiries Learning and using the company computer system to process orders Picking and preparing customer orders Booking in deliveries and helping organise stock Replenishing shelves and maintaining product availability Supporting the warehouse team with picking, packing, and preparing orders Providing general support to the sales and warehouse teams when needed Training and Development: Full product and system training provided Opportunity to gain forklift certification after an initial period Skills Required: Friendly and confident dealing with customers Reliable and punctual Positive attitude and willingness to learn IT literate and comfortable using computer systems Team player who works well in a small team environment Organised and able to work in a busy trade environment No previous experience required - training will be provided Benefits: Company pension (5% employer / 3% employee) Healthcare available (dependent on age and medical history) Opportunity to learn and develop ..... full job details .....
