Trade Compliance Coordinator

A leading logistics and freight forwarding company are searching for a Trade Compliannce Coordinator to support the Key Account Function with Product and KPI reporting.RoleWorking closely with line report and operators to ensure smooth movement of items across borders.Being able to determine correct tariff classifications for all supported brands within the Key Account function moving from the EU as requiredIssuing country specific guidance (for the UK) to the business on additional import requirements for stock products predominantly from the EUMaintain close liaison with line reporting and to provide support to the Head of functionProviding support on internal projects where input, involvement or expertise from Trade Compliance is neededAuditing and monitoring entries to ensure they are compliant with local import and export legislation, as well as to support brand KPI audit requirementsEnsure all operational activities are completed and followed up correctly in accordance with SOP''s and organisational policy.Help facilitate Imports and Exports of non-stock goods, completing and suppling documents and declarationsLiaise with HMRC and assist with maintenance on customs procedures.Implement and improve new efficiencies in client workflow in conjunction with line managerReport any sales leads (new clients) to the line manager for distribution to the sales team.Ensure all reports and KPI''s are generated by given deadlines and handed to line manager for submission to each ..... full job details .....
