Trade Compliance Coordinator

Noble recruiting are pleased to be supporting a wonderful Client who are a leading logistics and freight forwarding company are searching for a Trade Compliance Coordinator to support the Key Account Function with Product and KPI reporting. Role Working closely with line report and operators to ensure smooth movement of items across borders. Being able to determine correct tariff classifications for all supported brands within the Key Account function moving from the EU as required Issuing country specific guidance (for the UK) to the business on additional import requirements for stock products predominantly from the EU Maintain close liaison with line reporting and to provide support to the Head of function Providing support on internal projects where input, involvement or expertise from Trade Compliance is needed Auditing and monitoring entries to ensure they are compliant with local import and export legislation, as well as to support brand KPI audit requirements Ensure all operational activities are completed and followed up correctly in accordance with SOP s and organisational policy. Help facilitate Imports and Exports of non-stock goods, completing and suppling documents and declarations Liaise with HMRC and assist with maintenance on customs procedures. Implement and improve new efficiencies in client workflow in conjunction with line manager Report any sales leads (new clients) to the line manager for distribution to the sales team.
