Tractor Driver Salary: Up to £40,000 per year + 10% Annual Bonus Location: East Sussex Hours: Permanent Full-time On-site This is an incredible opportunity to join a large, ambitious vineyard and agricultural estate set within the Kent countryside. With hundreds of acres of land, extensive vineyard operations and a strong focus on organic and regenerative farming, this is anything but a standard Tractor Driver position. The estate combines viticulture, agriculture, conservation and land management, creating a working environment where no two days are likely to look the same. As the estate continues to develop, they''re now looking for an experienced Tractor Driver to become a key part of the team. The Opportunity You''ll work across a large and varied estate, operating tractors and agricultural machinery while supporting the day-to-day running of the vineyard and wider land. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in looking after machinery and wants variety rather than doing the same job every day. Depending on the season, you could be working within the vineyard, supporting land management, assisting with cultivation or carrying out general agricultural work across the estate.
