They will be responsible for leading teams, coordinating work activities and ensuring that all maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required Network Rail standards. The role requires a hands-on leader who can make sound decisions under pressure, communicate effectively with the workforce and management, and maintain a consistently high standard of safety.
