TPO Programme Manager

Location: RG7 4PR, located between Reading and Basingstoke, with free onsite parking. Package: Starting from 64,780 (depending on your suitability, qualifications, and level of experience) Working pattern: AWE operates a 9-day working fortnight. We are looking for an experienced and adaptable individual to head up the Trials Programme Office (TPO) which is a subdivision of the Trials and Test Technology Centre. The Trials Programme Office, comprising a multidisciplinary team of professional engineers, scientists, project managers, and other SMEs who collectively deliver Hydrodynamics, Engineering, Environmental, and Capability Trials. Accountable to the Tech Centre Head as a member of the Tech Centre Senior Leadership Team (SLT), this senior leadership position is pivotal in providing strategic leadership, driving change to meet increasing customer programme demands.
