TP141 Commissioning EngineerLocation: NeuConnect, Isle of Grain, KentRate: 115 per hourType: Contract, Outside IR35Start Date: 26 October 2026End Date: 31 March 2027Hours: 50 hours per week, Monday-FridayDuration: Approx. 23 weeksThe Role:We are currently recruiting for an experienced TP141 Commissioning Engineer to support the NeuConnect project at the Isle of Grain in Kent.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring electrical systems are installed, tested and commissioned in accordance with design specifications, industry standards and TP141 procedures, ensuring all systems are safe and ready for operation.Reporting to the Site Manager / Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering commissioning activities in line with the project programme, quality requirements and budget.Key Responsibilities:- Plan and carry out testing and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment.- Prepare and manage Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).- Prepare Commissioning and Switching Programmes.- Act as a TP141 Authorised Commissioning Engineer.- Undertake commissioning activities accepted by the Client Commissioning Panel.- Record and document all testing and commissioning activities to the required quality standards.- Ensure electrical systems are proven to operate in accordance with the technical specification.- Coordinate the availability of engineering information, plant, materials, tools and test equipment.- Work closely with the Site Manager and Project ..... full job details .....
