Job Title: Town Planning Team LeaderLocation: BristolSalary: £48,000 - £54,000Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of planners in the Bristol office.Manage key client accounts and take ownership of exciting and diverse projects.Remain hands-on with project delivery while ensuring the highest standards are met.Step up to leadership for candidates currently at Principal Planner or established Associate level seeking management experience.Qualifications

Degree in Town Planning or a related field.Chartered membership of the RTPI (or working towards it).Strong experience in UK town planning, ideally within consultancy.Proven ability to manage and inspire a team.Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.Benefits
