Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee major planning projects, ensuring successful delivery for clients.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand market presence and project portfolio.
• Identify, secure, and convert new business opportunities.
• Prepare and manage tenders across various platforms.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of planners, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
• Contribute to the overall strategic direction and long-term growth of the business.

About You

• Extensive experience in town planning within the energy sector.
• Proven background within a private sector consultancy environment.
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record in business development and client management.
• An inspiring leader with the ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes and driving industry standards.
• Chartered Member of the RTPI (MRTPI).
